I was told they send trucks to the docks every day and they come back empty. Expected to continue into January.

Yes, heard about the Los Alamos decision early this morning. I’ve been told that there’s a good amount of support there in NM.

Not sure what you’re asking. Oak Ridge National Lab is run by UT Battelle - they currently have the government contract to administer the facility. There are other companies that administer some of the other national labs.

Maybe this has something to do with it:

Free State Project.

Sorry to hear this. They are pure evil. It’s all about the money. I have several friends that are in this situation and it sucks.

Six workers at Oak Ridge National Laboratory have filed a federal class action lawsuit over the lab's COVID-19 vaccine mandate, saying it violates the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

UT-Battelle, which is the lab's managing contractor, announced Aug. 26 that all employees must be vaccinated or have "an approved medical or religious exemption" by Friday.

A spokesperson for the lab previously told the Oak Ridger that exemptions would be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All of the plaintiffs named in the lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday, have claimed a religious exemption to the vaccination policy. Only one plaintiff also claimed a medical exemption, which the lawsuit indicates is pending.

Their attorneys wrote in a statement that the lawsuit was not about overturning UT-Battelle's vaccine policy but rather seeking an alternative to unpaid leave.

"This is not about the merits of the vaccines," wrote Mark R. Paoletta of Schaerr Jaffe, a law firm based in Washington, D.C. "The reality is that some people have sincere religious objections to this vaccine, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 requires employers to respect sincerely held religious beliefs, even if corporations disagree with those beliefs."

The workers have asked the judge to allow unvaccinated workers with exemptions to remain in the workplace with accommodations including mandatory mask-wearing and periodic COVID-19 testing.

6 named plaintiffs but there are many more that will be put on unpaid leave as of October 15. Religious accommodation was granted but the accommodation will not allow them to return to work. Reportedly UT Battele will eventually terminate these employees.

Been around since Reddit. Posted more there and on Voat. My job keeps me too busy to post much but I read every day.

There is a group of 200+ federal contractors at Oak Ridge National Lab that were granted religious exemptions however the accommodation is unpaid leave effective 10-15.I believe they are trying to get a judicial restraining order and are raising funds for a legal retainer of $50k. There’s a telegram group if anyone wants to monitor the situation or kick in for the legal fund, but I don’t know what the group is called. This could potentially be a good case to watch.

Well for one, Benedict 16 is still alive.

This is an interesting article:

https://nonvenipacem.com/2020/02/15/juridically-there-is-only-one-pope-a-pope-emeritus-cannot-exist/

If you don’t buy that, do some digging on Sedavacantism, traditionalists who believe that “the chair is empty” and has been since Pius Xll died in 1958.

If you’re still interested in the succession after reading about those there’s the Malachy Prophecy. B16 was the 111th Pope in the prophecy, making Jorge Mario Bergolio 112:

The prophecy of the 112th: "In the extreme persecution of the Holy Roman Church, there will sit Peter the Roman, who will pasture his sheep in many tribulations: and when these things are finished, the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the terrible judge will judge his people."

Also, he’s not the Pope.

Traditionally red county. Currently experiencing influx of blue state refugees. Did not cave to the mask mandate madness like nearby Knoxville.

We are also in East TN. I think we need to fix Nashville before anything can be accomplished here. We looked in Morgan county for awhile due to proximity to work, but settled elsewhere. Wish we could have moved further out, but we got a nice parcel a few years before the current influx and are definitely more rural but still in a county that is getting bluer. I think the best bet is to go as rural as you can get to keep Rome’s fingers as far away from your pie as possible.

That’s what they did on 1/6. Huge AT&T truck parked strategically on the mall. Can’t have people live streaming the truth.

Came here to say this. Listened to the audio recently, it’s almost prophetic. And then when it said “Winter is Coming”..... jaw dropped.

Something is always happening.
It’s constitution day, do you think they will let that symbolic day pass without a move? Then, Moonday is settlement day.
