My only theory to that is that is that the CDC knows that this virus is easily treatable and do not want to control it because of globalist plan.

Because the moment we are born we are indebted to the government. Our birth certificates are owned. We grow up in separated families. We are taught and raised most of our child-teenage lives by people other than our parents in schools, maybe even abused by them. We get thrown out into the world without any preparation for the real world and get stuck in an unsatisfying job for a while then onto the next one.
