That was the day of the WWi monument ceremony. Two raptors did a flyover. This isn't the first flyover of the Capitol. Two seconds of research uncovered this.

Because of course the real President would not have his press briefing interrupted by a 'surprise' military flyover.
That Rose Garden event was NOT in DC. Richard Citizen Journalist was filming live during the event from inside an apt and panned from the TV showing “Live” coverage from the WH, over to the window with a view if the WH rose garden...which was empty. Uninterrupted filming so you could see it was empty when they were supposedly live.
So there is just ONE instance of them using a fake WH.
The only thing Richard proved was that they were not holding the Rose Garden event live. They could have pre-recorded it earlier.
And yet it had the “LIVE” banner while it was aired.

Citizen Journalist also noted a firetruck siren passing by in that video and said it should show up at the live event if it was really being held in D.C. I found the footage of the live event and it had a siren at that exact moment. Unless they piped in audio remotely from D.C. I'd say it was held there. But, I still think Biden's 'admin' is a sham manned by a skeleton crew.

I think some of the video we see is authentic, and some is fake.
Sometimes we may actually be seeing the real Biden, but other times it is clearly a different person.
Sometimes he may be in the real WH, other times maybe not.

We have never seen him (as we have other presidents) in the James Brady Briefing room (where Jen Psaki is). Jen might be at the whitehouse but I'm not convinced Biden is there very often.
