There are certain governments, state departments and 3-letter agencies that spent four decades arming, training, funding, radicalizing and providing safe haven for armed militant Islamic groups.
These same groups then made huge fortunes in getting taxpayer funding to "fight against" the very radical terrorists they created and controlled.
Its no coincidence that "no name" was seen in many photographs meeting with terrorist leaders in the middle east. Its no coincidence that the Clintons were so involved in Benghazi and that Hillary blocked the U.S. military from intervening. Remember Obama's war against ISIS, where the U.S. spent a fortune blowing up old pickup trucks and abandoned huts, or pre-warning militants before an attack? It was an expensive fake show.

ISLAM is the problem. Every Muslim is taught the Koran from the time they can read. The Koran teaches them to kill all infedels which is all of the rest of us unless we ourselves convert to Islam.
