Actually Biden NEEDED to get into the White House for the military to take control per 11.3 in the War Manual. They can only get involved if an illegitimate/belligerent power takes control in the US.

Prior to that, it was supposed to be the civilian agencies that hold power to fix it (law enforcement and courts).

The military code literally makes them the very last resort to save the republic from a hijacked government.

What is telling to me is he was, prior to becoming POTUS, CEO of a global conglomerate. If he was really done with politics now, wouldn't he go back to taking over his companies? Yet he is not making the move to do so. This, to me, says he is a long way from being done yet.

When I look at the top photo, the camera angle is from the side of Biden's right shoulder and Jill is partially hidden behind him.

When I look at the lower one and draw the first camera angle across their two shoulders (if you drew a line across their two shoulders in the lower photo and see where it points) it seems like it could plausibly be from camera angles.

I have always thought it was us going through 10 days of waking followed by the MSM being shut down completely like Lincoln did as darkness.

Even more strange is that neither Biden or Harris have been allowed outside the DC militarized zone.

Harris has a house in DC. She hasn't gone into the VP house yet and is staying in the Blair House. This is highly unusual as they would simply allow her in her house while waiting to move into the VP house. They are not, however, because it is outside the militarized zone.

My guess is the military is keeping a tight leash on both Biden and Harris.

He mentioned transitioning to a "second Trump Administration" and then Trump Asministrations". Add to that, all the mentions of peacefully transitioning to the next administration while never mentioning Biden.

Any President who has had two terms was never referred to as having two administrations. It was simply the Obama Administration, Clinton Administration, etc. Grover Cleveland was the only President to have two broken terms, and thus referred to as administrations.

I believe we had the first Trump Administration, broken up by the military administration, that will transition back to the next Trump Administration, and thus why it has been referred to as the Trump Administrations.

Continuity errors are things that are typical for pre-recorded things. You can see tons of videos online of continuity errors taken from film. You never see these types of errors in live events.

I think this is part of the reason they are introducing a bill to try and give DC statehood - to fold it back into the USA.

EOs must fit within the framework of existing laws as they are NOT law themselves - and this not only does not fit with existing law, it literally is a violation of the First Amendment.

However, we have seen how Democratic Governors could care less about the law or the Constitution as they trampled citizen rights in 2020. So I guess it shouldn't surprise us that a Democrat President does the same.

You have to remember that the area that encompasses DC was once part of Maryland and Virginia. They created Washington City in 1790 because they felt it was important to have a Federal District that was separate from any state land since it was the states that were considered sovereign and the fed was just a neutral body to keep all the states playing together nice.

If they are going to create a state from DC, then I would hope Maryland and Virginia would first sue the government for their land back.

Finally, no where in the Constitution is the federal government given the power to create government - AT ALL. Once again, the Dems completely ignore the Constitution.

If we still had law in this country, all of them would have been removed under Amendment 14, Clause 3 but the US no longer has a Rule of Law, or even law for that matter.

So why exactly are Americans paying taxes?

In the case of treason or foreign powers bear in mind that different evidence - gathered through military intelligence - may be used in tribunals but is usually not permissible in civil courts since it is gathered in a manner different than civil courts.

So, for example, if MILINT did in fact monitor the packets transferring back and forth between countries on the elections, they can use that in a tribunal but could not in civil court because of the method of intelligence gathering.

As Q had said many times, how do you introduce evidence. I believe this is one of the methods Q was referring to.
