My point is that everyone can get things wrong. Always verify what people say and don't trust them blindly, including Cooper. He set down 1999 as the end date of when the NWO would be fully established, not the start date, he was far, far off. The "end date" imo doesn't exist, this is why the NWO has several deadline dates, mainly 2030, 2050 and 2100, each milestone is a set for the next stage. Hopefully they won't get far. Cooper had a lot of good points tho.
