It's been over a year since I did it, so I might have the details a little wrong. From what I remember SoFi charges to send your shares to ComputerShare. I don't remember if it is free to send them from SoFi to Fidelity or cheaper to send from SoFi to Fidelity. I transferred my SoFi shares to Fidelity then sent them over to ComputerShare. You can always call SoFi and ask for their fees then go from there. You can also set up a ComputerShare account and purchase shares directly through them. I have over 98% of my shares DRSed, and those that are in a traditional brokerage will be the ones I sell first.

Transfer from RH to Fidelity then Fidelity to CS. It's an extra step, but it should go faster than trying to get RH to send your shares to CS. Make sure you have cash in your RH account to cover the transfer fee. It could take up to 5 days for that cash to settle.
You can do that. People are being told by TDAmeritrade the process will take 2-4 weeks. To speed up the process people are transferring from TDA to Fidelity then transferring from Fidelity to ComputerShare. FINRA regulations state that TDA has 3 business days to get your shares to Fidelity. Going from Fidelity to ComputerShare is about another 3 days.
