I loved every moment of half time. The amazing choreography-and recognizing the amount of time and persistence it had to have taken to perfect this performance so flawlessly. I thought it was a coming of age for everyone to see talented and professional people saying; see us, listen to us, hear our rhythm, we celebrate patriotism. I haven't watched a super bowl for years, because of "woke" messaging, but I have seen many before that sick era and I think these people rock.

Thankfully, I didn't see many flags (like previous years) and I didn't see the gold maritime fringe around any of them. I think this is a wonderful message to our country...I don't know if, symbolically, the tassels have the same significance as the fringe.
Both are natural and determined by weight. There are two other things I personally think are important. The first is attitude and replacing "fear" with knowledge, thus taking self control back from the "establishment". The second is diet. I removed all chemicals from my environment and sugar, wheat and all prepared foods and oils from my kitchen. I realized the other day that I never go into a grocery store anymore but shop almost completely at our farmer's markets surrounded by lovely people and happy faces. What a wonderful response you have gotten on this site. So many caring people-so much to be grateful for. Your Mom is lucky to have you!
