I mean if I were an agency looking at keeping as much hands on while still maintaining my distance.. I would have the host country set aside a certain portion of a “humanitarian” package which would pay for the facility. I would then outsource to U.S. contractors and hide the contract in with regular medical contracts…

I was checking his channel out and started a documentary that he had uploaded. Had to pause about 1.5 hrs ago for an appointment. When I get back to it, YouTube has deleted it for violating their community standards.
It was regarding the slaughter of civilians by the Ukrainians. Some of the video appears to be the same quality of the images captured in the 2014 attacks on Eastern cities.

That's exactly what we see all over the place. Any person who came out in support or didn't denounce anything and everything Trump, goes through a period of character assassination. Its not until it comes out that it is all BS that the stories quietly get swept under the rug. If you notice though, there is never a huge public retraction.

So according to this. It is a monkey type statue. There are some pictures floating around of it, but I am unaware of what significance that plays. I am not well versed in ... those sorts of things. Pays to keep digging though I suppose. Seems there are/was many different statues in the area, and discussed here which also discusses these drone videos. I was at my mothers place when this showed on air. I laughed and commented how Fox is now in the propaganda business. She asks why and I said “what would be the purpose of covering the identifying marks on such a device? They are clearly lying” and she tossed her hands up in frustration (at me) saying “I don’t know”.
