2. POTUS really dodged a real bullet to the head like Neo and could have easily died because Q is lying or evil or incompetent.

That's assuming there was a bullet. Trump's head had some red liquid on it, that's all we saw. Blanks, blood packets, crysis actors and other Ashli Babbitt stuff is also a possibility.

Does technically getting shot in the head by some 20 year old neckbeard at an event with compromised security and almost getting killed align with that? Unless this was all staged at a scale we've not seen before, I'd say no.

He didn't mention a second assassin once, only that security was likely compromised to get the shooter on the roof. I also think a closer and better trained second shooter would not have missed.

POTUS certainly didn't look 100% insulated like Q has repeatedly claimed.

Did white hats control the shot from 150 yards that grazed his ear? Did they whisper in his ear to turn his head at just the right moment? Did the man shot in the head in front of thousands and mourned by his family not really die? Implausible, and at some point they'd not be much better than the cabal with the endless lies and ruses and no real justice.

That said, if it was real, I don't see how white hats could have let it happen like this either. He could easily have been killed. Hopefully the coming days will provide some answers.
