This. Even if it was physically possible for "chemicals" released at that altitude to disperse downward, people have a tough time grasping just how large the volume of atmosphere above them actually is. Believing in this is like believing in homeopathy. Anything released would be completely diluted by the time it reaches the ground.
Six o’clock. Equivalent to “I’ve got your back”.
Isn’t it “at least I got chicken”? Thought he went away to get a snack, and then came back and just charged in. Good times. :D
Also 4x higher trans fats than actual butter.

That’s what I was saying to my mom the other day. These people are whining that all this packaging and branding like Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben or Land-o-Lakes is rayciss. Their solution seems to be to only allow depictions of white people. What the actual fuck?
Apart from the health implications, the real thing simply tastes better. It’s a fair bit more expensive, sure, but you don’t need nearly as much. The artificial varieties of most things were not engineered to improve your experience, they’re designed to improve profits.
On a similar note, margarine is both unhealthy and disgusting. Real butter or nothing.
Faith will protect their souls. 2A is all we have to protect our physical bodies. I think our first duty right now is to do right by ourselves and those closest to us. No single one of us can bear the weight of the world or stand up to the evil in it. We need to stay true to ourselves, to each other, and to God. I spent most of my life focusing on myself without staying true, ignore my impact on others, and denying God. If nothing else, you sound like you’re ahead of me in most of these regards.
This is how I feel lately, too. Due to many factors, I spent much of my life directionless, didn’t put down roots, never started a family, lived a fairly insular life and didn’t plan well for the future.
Over the past few years as I transition to middle age, that had begun to change. For the first time, I felt grounded. I began to live life with purpose. I realized that living in urban/suburban areas was one of the largest sources of stress in my life, so I moved to the country and finally bought a house. I had started to come out of the shell and make an attempt to be social and participate in my community. Then 2020 came along and pulled the rug out from under me.
I finally had a plan, I had a direction, and then suddenly it seemed meaningless. Anything and everything could be taken from me at any moment and there would be nothing I could do about it. I’ve always been hugely skeptical and never accepted things at face value, but I never felt compelled to dig deeply. I never trusted the system, and just tried my best to ignore it. Suddenly, that was no longer possible. It was time to take the red pill.
I had never experienced faith in my life. I was always agnostic, or maybe just plain atheist. As the situation in our nation and our world became more dire, I found that beginning to change. The past couple months, while I still feel enraged at all of the injustices we’re seeing so blatantly committed, I’ve begun to find peace.
They say there are no atheists in a foxhole, but I don’t feel like this is faith borne out of desperation. Perhaps I am grasping at the final shreds of reason in a world gone insane, but it feels more like I am realizing that while these people are truly evil, their influence over me is purely mundane. They can exercise, or attempt to exercise dominion over my physical body, but my soul can not and will not be surrendered unless I allow it.
I will not allow it. I choose instead to stoke the ember of faith until I find a higher sort of red pill; until my faith is absolute. I will find the way, or die trying.
You forgot “furthering globalist agendas” in your aka.
I don’t know if duplicating Amazon is a good thing. :) It really is challenging trying to find retailers that align with conservative beliefs. I’ve been giving my business to independent local businesses as much as I can, but this isn’t always possible. I dropped Amazon due to customer service issues — namely, their rep saying “ahahahah” in support chat when I explained the problem I was having.
I replaced them with Walmart, which was great. I got fast, free delivery which was actually free with no Prime subscription, and they have plenty of third-party sellers offering the harder to find, offbeat stuff I used to buy on Amazon. While it’s possible to buy from Walmart and avoid support of Chynah, after they came out in support of the Great Reset, I left them too on ideological grounds.
Since then, when I “need” something I can’t get elsewhere, I’ve been following George Carlin’s advice: “drop some of your needs”. Would still be nice if there was a MAGA retailer out there.
Shopify deplatformed the Trump merch store and Wal-mart hawks merchandise mostly from Chynah and has repeatedly shown public support for the Great Reset.
Sadly the sheets are made in Pakistan.
They take longer to charge than a combustion vehicle would take to fill the tank, for sure. At least for Tesla it's usually along the lines of 10-30 minutes for a charge. You can charge to 100% at a DC fast charger, but charging is fastest from 20-80% so most people try to keep it there between charges on a road trip.
For day-to-day local driving you just charge overnight when the vehicle isn't in use. Home charging can take up to 10 hours if you're charging from close to zero, depending on your vehicle and equipment. It's usually faster with a higher amperage EVSE. Neither situation costs more than gasoline in any market that I can think of.
EVs have plenty of disadvantages, but if you're going to highlight them, get it right. :) They require more planning than traditional vehicles. Cold weather can impact range a lot, especially without said planning. The initial purchase cost is higher.
They also have lower maintenance costs. That doesn't mean much to most people who are willing to pay the higher up front costs, but with lower maintenance cost comes lower maintenance effort. You just don't have to do much to them. The performance on many models is just insane. It's a pleasant driving experience.
THAT SAID, let the free market take care of it. We don't need to be regulated or incentivized into buying EVs or any of this green energy bullshit. Tesla keeps selling more and more and Elon became the richest person on earth, long after their tax incentives/subsidies ran out.
I don’t think it’s a red herring. I think it was just a nickname. “Bobulinksi” is a moderately complex last name. People often have nicknames for people they interact with regularly. “Tony from SynoHawk” becomes “Tony Hawk”, which sounds amusing because there’s a famous person with that name. Doesn’t really need to be any more complicated than that. Occam’s razor.
Pretty darn sure. It’s been a while since the topic came up though. By all means do your own research to confirm. :)
Pretty sure that was his nickname for Tony Bobulinski, since he was CEO of Sinohawk.
Thank you. If people want to post a screenshot instead of a link, at least leave the link in a comment...
Zuckerpsaki, zuckerpsaki, hoi hoi hoi?
You didn’t capitalize to show your respect. That’s Black female to you, whitey. REEEEEE!

Unless you owe, that’s just letting them hang onto your money longer, and use it to earn more...
