This is the exact equivalent of a Judge granting himself the authority to make sure that a Jury gets to see and hear only one side of every case. If only the prosecution gets to present evidence, and the defense is not even allowed a seat in the Courtroom, how much genuine justice would the Jury be able to deliver?
