This is satire. Always finding a way to blame Trump. There’s a Water shortage in Denver because we didn’t get much snowfall this year. Literally a lot of our winter was in the 40-60s and not much rain either. We set record highs in the 80s last week on multiple days.

Contrary to popular belief, the Marine Corps has a lot of shit birds. I encountered many of them in my 22 years.

You’re assuming intent that isn’t supported by either the words used or the legal standard.

Saying “follow lawful orders and refuse unlawful ones” is not sedition… it is literally what every service member is taught from day one under UCMJ, LOAC, and ROE. That guidance exists precisely because unlawful orders can occur, regardless of who the POTUS is, and recognizing that fact is not an accusation, it’s doctrine.

Sedition requires an overt act or conspiracy to undermine lawful authority, not an inference, a “subtext,” or disagreement with political leadership. Courts don’t prosecute vibes or hypotheticals.

Labeling retirees as “enemy combatants” for political speech is far more dangerous than the video itself. That logic abandons due process, ignores settled military law, and is exactly how precedent gets abused.

You’re free to dislike the message like I do, but calling this sedition requires ignoring both the facts and the law and that should concern anyone who actually values the Constitution we all swore to uphold.

As a retiree, I’ve given this same guidance to Marines: follow lawful orders and refuse unlawful ones. That’s not political it’s basic UCMJ and LOAC training.

What Kelly said is not different in substance. He did not tell troops to disobey orders, and he was not in uniform that claim is false.

Targeting a retired service member for political speech sets a dangerous precedent. Plenty of us retirees are outspoken online. If this is acceptable, anyone could be next.

You can dislike the video as much as I do, but calling it sedition requires ignoring both the facts and the law.

I don’t like this because it will set precedent. I am very vocal on social media about a lot of things, mainly the left. So who’s to say that future administrations don’t do something similar to us retirees that have a vocal and negative opinion about them. Are we going to go after every influencer that is retired now or in the future that speaks out against the narrative?

I think their video was stupid, but this is setting a dangerous precedent.

I say that to myself all the time. What was it all for? This garbage that’s happening. I was in Afghanistan in 2004. Followed by Iraq deployments after that one. Semper Fi!!

So let me get this right. The deep state made shit up that the election was rigged to stop Trump in 2016. Then by 2020 with the sheep already brainwashed that the election could be rigged by Russia, the deep state actually did rig the 2020 election to keep Trump out. Realizing that they cannot stop this man, they’ve tried to assassinate him and have done everything possible to stop him. And using the media to talk badly about him to continue the brainwashing. Is that a summary of the last 9 -10 years?

I’m a yellow and gold. I was forced to get the jab to stay on active duty. I was 3 years from retirement so I had to do it or lose it all.

If it’s a government by the people, for the people…shouldn’t they abide by the current administration because it was voted in by the people, for the people?

How do you steal a cyber truck and have it work without the key?

When you allow asvabs of 17 and 21 in and waivers for literally anything you will make mission. Lowering standards isn’t really making mission. All you’re doing is causing issues for leaders. I’m a recent retired career recruiter (Marines). We sent them all our garbage.
