A Writ of Mandamus Justice Thomas can rule on independently or he can forward it to SCOTUS. The 11th circuit also encompasses Georgia. The Writ involves Florida and is primarily concerned with the midterm elections of 2022 - but the case could be applicable to the 2020 elections as well because the same equipment was used. We will wait and see. If this does not get anywhere in this circuit jurisdiction, it probably won't fly anywhere.

Internally, China is imploding. I think at this point, for what is is worth, in order to protect our own precious treasure that they want to sacrifice in another manufactured bloodbath banker's war, is to make our voices heard at our State and Federal levels. If we say nothing the swamp takes it as tacit approval. Believe it or not, blowing up the DC switchboard is effective if those voices are a large enough coordinated effort. In addition, our voices on social media is a way to let our collective voices be heard - no matter which position you take on this created divide one finds themselves suckered into. They do monitor social media. No matter where you stand on the issue of Israel and Palestine, there needs to be a single clear voice of, Hell NO! Stop the killing. NO WAR! It is a simple message that does not get into the weeds of the contrived propaganda.
Part of why they created this particular divide in the way they did was because both sides of this scenario were united over the school indoctrination BS. They could not have these sides united over a single issue. They saw it as a threat and it had to be dealt with. So they have used the ME to drive a wedge - and so far it has succeeded. They will try to send our future once again onto foreign soil to be slaughtered along with many other innocents. We have to make the attempt to stop this before it gets rolling beyond where it currently has evolved and be ready for a huge FF. They must know that we see what they are attempting to do using one of the only means we have available to us - our collective voices. Whether or not we can turn this ship around at this point remains to be seen. But if we do nothing, it is a certainty.
I had also thought of the Scaramucci model. But, I don't think MacGregor is onboard given what he feels must be done to get our military back to some assemblance of a national defense force. The Brooke Jackson case against Ventavia Research Group, a Pfizer contractor, may also have some new life breathed into it because of this issue over "contamination." There were problems with the initial trials conducted by Ventavia that translated into faulty data - data that was then given to the FDA in order to receive an EUA. Expand the faulty data collected from the trials and then add the questionable manufacturing of the jabs, a two pronged approach for piercing the immunity shied. What did Pfizer know and when did they know it.
Essentially, the product that was used in the Pfizer trials was not legally the same product distributed to the public in mass. What makes it a different product? The manufacturing process. In order to ramp up production, a different process had to be used. This is the point where all the genetic contamination comes into the picture because of the production methods used to make this soup in mass - quickly. Technically, because of this change in how the jabs were manufactured, it is a different product by legal definition and the regs require that it should have been treated as such. Warp Speed does not bypass this and cannot be used to cover their butts. Pfizer distributed a "new product" without proper testing - and Pfizer knew it.
Therefore, because the jabs given to the public were a legally new product, there is no informed consent for the public about this product. None of the previous trial data applies. All the contrived data given to the FDA to achieve EUA cannot be applied to this new product - especially if the original trial data can be proven a fraud as in the Jackson case. It was a bait and switch. The PREP Act liability shield is effectively broken. This loss of protection for the manufacturers of these death shots could be the catalyst that can potentially bring down the entire vaxxine industry - especially with a plethora of new genetic lipid nanoparticle platform jabs already in the pipeline. The ramifications of this could be massive.
Pfizer, like all other pharm companies, think Purdue, will attempt to reshuffle the deck to get out from under the lawsuits or fines. Pfizer is already publicly projecting losses and the need to downsize. However, all the other downstream players that pushed this poison on the public have their asteroids hanging out completely exposed. They have no more legal protection and victims will be able to go after them - hospitals, providers, colleges, businesses, etc. There could also be some criminal prosecutions if it can be shown as intentional criminal fraud - but until it happens, I will not hold my breath on that one. The Jackson case has now expanded from a wrongful termination suit to an ex rel case for the citizens of the United States of America via Jackson listed as plaintiffs. This now takes not only the data collected on the original trials, but has in view the bait and switch product given to the public. We shall see if the revised case can make it past Pfizer's petition for dismissal.

A PCR is as you state - it amplifies genetic material present. They can look for specific genetic fragments in that process. A particular sequence does not have to be large. A PCR in no way should be used to diagnose disease. That is a clinical diagnosis. The PCR can only show what is there many times amplified. Therefore, if they are looking for particular fragments of a specific gene sequence, they can use a PCR to help detect the possible presence of that sequence. Agribusiness uses PCR methods for localizing gene expression in plant tissue. That is how they can sue farmers over their patent protected property. They own the patent on those sequences. Evil bastards. What is really crazy is in the pipeline there are developments using optogenetics to detect those gene sequences using scanners. They won't need a PCR. Someone is currently developing a system for pot. The legal plant will have its own barcode that can detect all the vital information associated with the plant. They want to identify and track every living thing on the planet.
Yes, we must still continue to wake people up about the dangers of all manner of poisonings - especially vaxxines. And yes, more pain is coming from what has already been done.
Vaxxines take aim at the gut and the brain. When these poisons are given to newborns and infants that have undeveloped immune systems, the immune system and the gut never have the opportunity to develop normally. If you want to save your kids, get out of the schedule. Find another way to educate your kids. If you live in a state that provides exemptions, get them. But don't give your kids any more of these poisons. Vaxxines are a scam. They are not safe and they certainly are not effective. I was in practice for over 25 years and fought on the front lines of this farce. The numbers of children and adults injured by vaxxines alone is staggering. It has created a new normal.
The ingredients in vaxxines do alter the gut. When the gut is not healthy, the immune system is affected, as well as brain function. Almost every autistic spectrum child I came into contact with also had gut issues. Andy Wakefield was one of the first to make this connection. GMO foods are also a huge contributor. Not only does the GMO plant have altered gene sequences, some which the human body does not recognize or know what how to process, but these crops are heavy contaminated with glyphosate which destroys normal gut flora and is a neurotoxin. Modern altered wheat has a much higher gluten content than previous wheat. Gluten is a protein. So increased gluten can lead to sensitivities. Allergies are different. They need an exposure primer to set the ball in motion. Many vaxxines can act as this primer mechanism that can lead to full blown allergies.
It starts by trying to educate the public - one person at a time. There are newbies coming to this forum every day lurking in the background. Only when there is enough public outcry will anything change. Help those that are trying to destroy the liability shield of these people. Pharm companies have huge war chests to defend against cases. All vaxxines are going to be quietly switched over to mRNA or DNA platforms. They are not going to send out a press notice when they make the switches. There is no informed consent. These genetic soup products can and will transfect into human DNA. Besides the genetic hell this can wreak, they own the patents to these sequences. These introduced genetic sequences make someone by law a GMO - and GMO owners have rights over their intellectual property. What do you think the PCR swabs will be used for? A PCR looks for specific sequences. They will be able to tell whether their patented sequences are present - or something else they introduce into the soup. Like the original vaxxines and making them part of modern life, they had to get the public used to the idea of testing. At some point, if not already, they will quietly change what they are looking for. I know I am mostly speaking to the choir here, but it is still worth repeating. STOP all vaxxines now. There is no such thing as a safe and effective vaxxine. Almost every vaxxinated kid that I came into contact with in my practice was injured in some way from this crap - some mild, some severe. The rise in allergies and gut problems alone over the years was stunning. I was always shocked that none of my colleagues seemed to notice or care about the changes that I was seeing. The only really healthy kids I saw were unjabbed, off-grid, and homeschooled. I had a large enough group in this cohort to notice the difference. I also saw my share of damaged adults as well. Most had been given Shingles shots from some other practitioner and had developed shingles from hell. Many that had been scammed into taking flu vaxxines had chronic bronchitis that magically disappeared when they finally stop poisoning themselves. Go figure.
What they have been telling everyone is BS. I didn't take the money nor did I push this poison. I walked a tightrope over vaxxines and drugs for over 25 years. If I had remained in clinical practice during the scamdemic I have no doubt I would have been hauled before my state licensing board by now over this issue. Providers have a financial interest to push this poison. Where do you think their loyalties lie? All politics are local. That is the way it was designed. The country was never meant to be run from a top down centralized authority. If a person has time, get involved - even if it just an hour here and there. If you don't have time, then there are other things that can be contributed.

Beyond the distractions of this powder keg taking place where thousands may die, all wars are bankers wars and in the 20th and 21st century most so called wars are over resources. DS Israel has been in talks with several countries over a gas pipeline to Europe that involves Turkey, Greece, and Italy.
I do not hold the people, on either side, at fault here. But there are huge players with nefarious intensions at work and these f*cks don't give a damn what the cost is in blood to get what they want.
