So it appears that I don't know what I'm talking about. You are right, I am wrong. There has not been an official declaration of war since 1942. Everything after had been an authorization for the use of military force.

That may be a distinction without a difference, but technically you are correct.

You seem pretty convinced that we haven't had a declared war on 40 years. You've made the same comment multiple times.

Now you're moving the goal posts to emergency powers, which is a different conversation entirely.

Just admit you were wrong about your declared wars comments and move on.

Yes. Bush 41 declared war with Iraq. OP doesn't know what he's talking about. Bush 43 declared war on Afghanistan and Iraq. All approved by Congress.

Nah. Bush 43 sent declarations to Congress for both Afghanistan and Iraq. The left likes to say he never declared war, but he did those both by the book.

I don't think it was Biden's people. I think it was the CIA. That's the only way, in my opinion, to get all of the right people in all the right locations working in sync without everything getting all fucked up.

The CIA wanted Trump out, so they made it happen.

The ONLY way to put an end to this tyranny is mass non-compliance.

Comirnaty is the same formulation as the Pfizer-BioNTech shot. Literally they are interchangeable.

Stop coping. The death jab is now FDA approved.

Alright! Another BIG week incoming. Just like last week. And the week before. And the week before that.

Stop teasing this shit constantly then letting everyone down. Shit or get off the pot.

No matter how much we try to set the record straight, these posts keep coming...

It is fully FDA approved. The EUA is for children 12-15 and as a third shot as a booster.

It doesn't matter what their procedures are, because they didn't follow them. They didn't complete the clinical trials. They didn't hold public comment sessions. They didn't even send it in for review of adverse effects.

You can point all this out all you want; they don't care. They approved it anyway.

Time will tell how diligent the efforts were.

Yeah. Trying my best to keep this community from defeating itself. Sometimes I'm amazed at how quickly things get out of control here.

Yeah. The incomplete clinical trials really make me concerned. My job today created a penalty for not being "vaccinated." No doubt they were urged on by this FDA approval. Basically, they're going to raise everyone's insurance premiums in the company by $X,XXX. But, thank the heavens, if you get the covid jab you will get exactly an $X,XXX premium annual discount.

(I'm not putting the specific dollar amount here because I don't want to compromise my employment)

No other way to get that premium discount. Must inject this specific poison into my body.

I'm still not getting it. At least they're not firing me (yet).

They only approved it for 16+. I presume that's because what they applied for with their BLA. They needed the EUA for use on children aged 12-15 and for use as a booster.

They've investigated themselves and found that they've done nothing wrong...

Not even going to read it. That's what it says.

Kids aged 12-15.

mastaxn 1 point ago +1 / -0

Right. Comirnaty is the name used for the Pfizer shot. It is approved for 16+. They extended the EUA to include Comirnaty for kids 12-15.

2
mastaxn 2 points ago +2 / -0

They fully approved it. The EUA was revised to authorize the fully approved jab for uses it wasn't approved for (i.e. 12-15 children)

3
mastaxn 3 points ago +3 / -0

Incorrect. It has been FDA approved. The EUA was revised to include uses that the full approval doesn't grant.

5
mastaxn 5 points ago +5 / -0

No. It was approved. The EUA was updated to include the newly named shot for purposes it wasn't approved for in the BLA.

I believe what it means is that COMIRNATY is included in this EUA for purposes that it was not approved for in its BLA.

So basically, they can experiment on us with comirnaty also.
