No problem. You can take two of those a week and do just fine. Your body will store some excess Vitamin D in the cells, which is where it needs to be anyway.

"Personal Journal" is the lifestyle section of the Weekend Wall Street Journal.

Billions, actually. Some guy I've never heard of got a new $400 million contract.

That's the way you do it. It seems like a sacrifice, but all self-improvement requires sacrifice.

In the end, there's a better you with greater fitness, greater freedom, more savings, and fewer cravings.

Rectification is a great word for what we need.

Also Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

The map is hasty and incomplete, although the point in the headline is valid.

Actually, that's impossible. The person with the most votes in a state has to have the most votes in at least one county, and often much more than that. That map does not show the "certified" winners accurately.

They "welcomed" him to the faculty on December 10. Like he had some kind of divine right to teach there.

Kind of short notice since everyone knew they cheated.

I read about him in Malcolm Gladwell's book called "Outliers," which is basically about how people become outstanding. There's an entire chapter about him, along with all kinds of other curiosities. The chapter about kids' soccer is astonishing.

Gladwell's other book called "The Tipping Point" is closely relevant to our present situation, and I highly recommend it.

It's been a long, strange trip from that summer of 2012 until now. I wish everyone the best.

What are they letting you do in NYC that you couldn't do online from PA, TN, or FL?

There's a traditional word for that. Francis is an antipope, a blatant impostor.

At the time he said it, some company was already promoting its own topical irradiation technology. Then YouTube censored the company's video...desperately trying to prove that Trump was really talking about drinking bleach!

World Economic Forum

They gamed an economic disaster while Gates Foundation gamed a health disaster. Then suddenly, for no reason at all, bad things started to happen.

Corporate media are already turning against the Lincoln Project, which I find delicious and hilarious. They find out what it's like to be on the purge list, and none of us had to lift a finger!

I'm quite content that our military patriots are focused on terrorist activity, election fraud, and the COVID genocide. Matters of life, death and treason. It's cleaner that way.

That's Neil Ferguson of ICL who made the unfounded death prediction.

Niall Ferguson, now at Hoover Institution, is a legitimate historian and one of the best.

Based on Kelly's figures, I calculated that we pay about $1,560 per abortion. Maybe some of those subsidies go for things other than abortion.

Matthew 10:28, and slightly different in Luke. That's the Lord Jesus Himself speaking.

Great comment. I think I've got an explanation. President Trump, for all his faults, was never too fearful to do his job. Xiao Biden, on the rare occasions when he can even think or speak, is a pathological coward, terrified by the very media that elevated him.

The science is very clear on this, fathead. A consensus of political officials would mean nothing.

The "hearing" was that illegal wankery they pulled in the House. This Senate proceeding is a "trial," unfortunately.
