I'm the same. My mom just had myocarditis after her booster and I know she will be devastated if i told her she got it from the vaccine. She's 84. I would rather she pass away not knowing the true horror of everything done to her and that she did to herself.

Oh man, me too. I miss the trucks! They brought so much life and joy to downtown Ottawa, it was the best feeling in the world. It boggles my mind how downtown residents could actually think walking among the truckers would get them raped and killed.

The Ottawa subreddit was full of people complaining this past weekend that the truckers were back downtown. The comments were incredibly hateful, as you can expect from that sub.

In my case my father just had tell the front desk (the person you call to schedule a visit or book appointments) at the hospital that I was the caregiver. He told them that neither he nor my mom were mentally equipped to understand the doctors (they are, he just told them that so I could take my mom to her doctor's appointments and ask questions).

Without a contact in Sudbury I don't know what you could do, though. First you have to figure out who could go see him as his caregiver, then you could try just calling the hospital and explaining that that person is his caregiver. You could have the Priest tell the hospital admin, as well, once you get ahold of the priest.

I wish you the best of luck and pray that you can contact the priest.

My mother was just in the hospital in Ontario (myocarditis) and she was allowed her caregiver and her spouse as visitors. It was impossible to get past the receptionist to even get in to see her if you weren't on the list - they kept the doors locked to her floor. Luckily I was designated as her caregiver because I was taking her to her doctor's appointments for the last 2 years.

Can you get someone designated as his caregiver? You have to use the proper term when you call the hospital. They would have to sneak the ivermectin - the patient and family has no say, from my experience. In the hospital your friend will also have rotating doctors, so you may get help from one but not another. My mother had 5 different doctors in her 6 days in the hospital.

Another thing - after my mom was brought to the ER the hospital would not let my father or anyone see her at all. She was brought in by ambulance. My father tried several times but was denied entry. I went and told the ER triage nurse that my mom's ER nurse had called and told me to come right away - and they actually let me in!

So, you do what you have to do.

In fact Trudeau was Zelensky's inspiration to get into politics, according to a video circulating on here a few days ago.

Yeah, it's been interesting to watch their slow redpilling.

Today my Mom told me that her Ukrainian orderly at the hospital (in Canada) said that his brothers were killed by Nazis and she and my father talked about it and wondered what he meant because the Nazis were 80 years ago, so when I mentioned that the Ukrainian government is made up of Nazis my Dad goes "Oh, so that's why Putin said he was de-nazifying Ukraine!".

I've never been more proud lol.

It's so annoying how everyone is totally obsessed by this. I am just not commenting on anything right now in real life, except with my immediate family who all see things the same way I do (Thank God).

My boss said to me the other day "Your parents must be so emotionally devastated from Russia invading Ukraine", and I was confused as to why he brought up my parents and then he said "because they lived through WW2 in Holland - it must be bringing back all sorts of memories" and I just said that I haven't talked about it with my parents because my Mom's been in the hospital (she actually has - myocarditis - got the booster in December).

He's super confused as to why my parents aren't weeping and gnashing teeth. A few weeks ago my Dad told me he doesn't believe anything on the news anymore, it's all propaganda.

Totally agree with you.

My husband and I mock the politicians, Fauci, etc. to our son so he knows they're not to be taken as moral authorities on anything, and not to listen to the bullshit they spout. Start young!

This is great, thank you. I remember reading it back then but unfortunately everything I saved was through The Donald on Reddit and was lost when it got shut down. I had so much material.

The convoy is going to go from Ottawa to BC to protest BC being the only Province that is refusing to drop any restrictions.

2
paperairplane 2 points ago +2 / -0

Absolutely, but with so many in Parliament compromised it's hard to see how they could get the investigation going. Still, just the fact that an MP even brought it up is encouraging.

Hopefully Durham's investigation will show how Canada helped the DNC rig everything in the US, too.

In that video the guy is talking about the Russians influencing Canada - at least in that short clip that was posted. The Liberals are trying to say that the Convoy was set up by Russian infiltrators.

3
paperairplane 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's not what he says in the video. He is blaming the Russians. This is probably about the trucker convoy and the government's attempts to blame it on foreign actors.

paperairplane 7 points ago +7 / -0

Absolutely. There's still a lot of chatter happening in Ottawa, and on private FB groups.

And finally in Parliament one of the MPs brought up the WEF and all of the Canadian politicians who are a part of it - he asked for a list of their names. Mysteriously the Speaker said that the sound went out and he couldn't hear the question lol. But Canadians are finally learning.

Oh man I forgot about Qatar, that one is annoying too.

I wish we could still use Ceylon because it's such a pretty name compared to Sri Lanka. And I still like Bombay.

I was trying to explain the "they/them" pronouns to my 80-year-old parents and they just couldn't grasp the concept. My Dad kept saying "but 'they' isn't correct grammar!" lol. I agreed and said it offends me as an English major lol.

Tamara Lich is in jail being held without bail, which is unheard of in Canada. BJ Dichter left and seems to be in hiding. Chris Barber was ordered by the police to leave the area. I'm not sure about Daniel Bulford (the ex-RCMP). There are still warrants out for various people, one of the doctors who spoke at the protests is still trying to get a straight answer from the Ottawa police as to whether he is under arrest or not - Dr. Paul Alexander. Dr. Robert Malone has been helping him. Meanwhile Dr. Alexander has been helping out the Freedom Convoy in the US.

There are still daily protests at the War Museum in Ottawa, just outside of the downtown core (there is a checkpoint there to get into downtown Ottawa). Last weekend a few hundred people were there.

The downtown area around the Parliament buildings is still fenced off, you can't drive down Wellington anymore, and as of last Friday, at least, you couldn't walk within 3 streets of Parliament either.

The Truckers are just outside of Ottawa regrouping and coming up with a new plan.

The Ottawa Police towed a bunch of the trucks and left them in the impound lot with their windows wide open and they filled with 35+ cm of snow.

39 trucking businesses in Ontario had their businesses shut down, their licences and insurance revoked. There will court battles for years.

Many of the provinces are dropping their mandates and passports starting tomorrow. Federally the unvaccinated still cannot travel within Canada and cannot leave on a flight or go to the US, either (except by private plane). There is a court case challenging this, brought by the last person alive to write our constitution, but the courts here in Canada are very, very slow.

The fight is far from over. People are talking about coming back to Ottawa and protesting when the weather warms up - not the trucks but just people from across Canada. Something will be organized I have no doubt.

Ukraine decided to use the Ukrainian spelling and pronunciation of Kiev instead of the Russian one that they've historically used. There was a thread about it the other day with more details.

I told my husband I refuse to call it Chicken Kyiv lol, it stays Kiev for us!

Gal Gadot's stupid smile at the end is so smug, like she's saying "you're welcome" to the world lol.

My 20 year old son is smart enough to see this as the shallowest song ever recorded (and he's a huge Beatles fan), and thinks that singing about there being no Heaven is the stupidest thing you can do during a pandemic, yet these 50-year-olds don't see it.
