I'm not sure what the success criteria would be for winning. Did kamala sway trump voters? Of course not. Did Trump sway kamala voters? Probably not. It was clearly biased for kamala to throw out bullshit like "opportunity economy" and other nonsensical shit. However, low IQ undecided voters probably saw kamala being able to speak and thought it was wonderful.
Lots of great ideas here.
- Check your glucose levels. Get glucometer and some strips. Hyperglycemia is gonna cause major fatigue, headaches, irritability.
- Eat lots of red meat and whole foods
- Sodium, magnesium, a little potassium
- A, D3 and k2
I'm so sorry to hear that and will pray for them. I do believe infertility is one of the objectives of the jab.
Although, it's not just the jab. I refused to have poison injected into me and guess what? I got covid and it took months for me to begin to feel normal. It was horrible. Then guess what? I got covid again and since then I have been saddled with me/cfs, fibromyalgia, POTS, and automatic dysfunction. It's been over 1.5 years and I don't foresee myself regaining normalcy.
So, tell them to stay positive and keep trying.
In regards to the cause of your high tsh indication of hypothyroidism, what is the cause? I'm guessing it's not hashimoto's or thyroid cancer. So what then is the cause?
Well, I believe that inappropriate systemic inflammation is the culprit. Too many carbs leading to chronic hyperinsulinemia, wheat, seed oils, alcohol.
Elimination diets will prove beneficial. Low carb, real food will help heal thyself. Meat from red ruminant animals, fish, veggies, eggs.
The iodine supplementation will help the symptom of hypothyroidism, but removing foods that cause inappropriate systemic inflammation will help with the root cause.
Lots of good info being provided as usual. However, people need to be more specific in what they're saying. I will try to elaborate.
When you get your panel, it will provide numbers for LDL, HDL, triglycerides, and total cholesterol. Many new studies are positing the most important markera are HDL, triglycerides, and the ratio of HDL/triglycerides. High HDL, low trigs, and high ratio. Dr Berry has a lot of great info. Lift heavy things to increase HDL. To decrease trigs, eat less carbs. High trigs suggest you're consuming more carbs than your body can handle.
Now the LDL. Most people taking statins belive LDL is bad; in fact it is not bad and is actually very necessary as people have pointed out. Is high LDL cholesterol bad? It depends.
Depends on what?? Your metabolic state. Chronic hyperinsulinemia and high LDL together is a recipe for cardiovascular disease. What indicates hyperinsulinemia? Fasting Glucose or A1C.
High LDL with good metabolic health (insulin sensitive, low glucose or A1C) coupled with high LDL is helpful, not harmful.
High LDL is necessary but not sufficient for cardiovascular disease. Medical companies couldn't make a drug to increase HDL but figured out how to reduce LDL and pushed the cause of cardiovascular disease as high LDL.
Think of LDL as kindling on a fire. If you are insulin sensitive there won't be a spark. If you have lots of sparks and lots of kindling, probability of fire is exponentially higher.
Intervention: baseline amount of carbs you're eating in a week and test your blood glucose 3 times a day. Reduce this number to an amount where you can get your glucose in a good range. Do this for 3 months and get cholesterol done again. Notice decrease trigs. Continue until low enough
Maynard said not to take his lyrics as prophecy, but definitely apropos.
Our initial condition right now is globalism--we rely on trade with a lot of countries to import goods. Does anyone believe we'll be able to ramp up manufacturing in the next four years to be significantly less reliant on the import of goods? Prices will go up in the short term because companies will pass the costs on to the consumer in the beginning.
The biggest problems we're up against is human capital and specific countries manipulating their currency.
I am for tariffs. However, we need to cut government spending to decrease inflation. We need to reduce our debt.
It's hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that Americans want to work manufacturing jobs for the prices companies want to pay. Companies want to improve their bottom line so why not manufacture overseas where expenses are much lower even after you factor in logistics? I think we can do better in terms of energy, but producing goods is something I see other countries having the upper hand because of much lower wages. I think people should earn a fair wage and I know that's subjective but if consumers care most about price it's hard for made in the USA to compete.
