Sort of like, not everyone owns a $250k John Deer tractor.

Fake?

Colorado is extremely liberal, no?

Yes, there are always exceptions. I intend to keep a gas powered V8 until I die, but I also have an electric vehicle and do not expect to stop buying them either.

Doesn't need Oxygen to combust? What then does it react with? Are you aware that water is made of Oxygen?

Are you suggesting Lithium is impossible to recycle? How then do they refine it from ore?

I assure you, a battery can be recycled. It's just a matter of how.

68° F during the day. But after 2300 hours when it really gets cold outside, heat is off. Many houses are going to drop down into the 50s overnight.

Newsmax, in a statement to The Hill on Friday morning, said it “condemns in the strongest terms the reprehensible statements made by Lara Logan” and said that the channel has “no plans to interview her again.”

So are they disputing her claims or merely calling them reprehensible?

I did not see them dispute the claims…

This is peak Idiocracy. I knew we were getting close, but this is 100% life imitating art.

They don’t own you. You can quit any time. Especially in M&A situations where uncertainty becomes super high. It’s quite common to provide retention bonuses to key staff whose loss would be demoralizing to the remainder of the company. Something like 2x annual salary if you stay for two more years, vested in stages or at the end.

If you have the skills to program, you can find another job in tech in five minutes. We haven’t seen much of a depression in jobs since the dot-com collapse in the early 2000s.

Lithium and Cobalt are elements. They do not get consumed or destroyed when a battery gets old. They get … calcified in a way that prevents electric charge from storing or releasing correctly.

An old battery can be almost completely recycled, like 98% of it, to create a new battery. Recycling will become the norm as soon as costs of recycling fall below the costs of mining.

So we only need enough lithium and cobalt for all the batteries in use at any given time.

This is just FUD to dissuade people from electric cars. They wrote similar articles in the early 1900s to scare people away from gasoline powered carts. Horses are reliable they said! Your horse won’t break down for no reason! Horse food is available everywhere grass grows, where are you going to get gasoline for your fancy cart? Look what happened.

When they classify human breath as a pollutant, do you really need to know anything else to understand their motive is to eliminate most of the people?

Some of us withstood more pressure than others. I never lost my job, but did defy the vax mandate from my employer. I remember quite clearly the deadline of Nov 1, then Dec 1, then Jan 4, then… the court rulings bought us some relief for a while.

Last year was insanely tough from pressure. It nearly broke me. I will never forget what they put my family through.

It's not about the virus. Throughout human history, the rulers have demanded the unclean little people stay away, scrub down, cover up, taste their food for poisons, etc. Never do the rules apply to the rulers.

Today's masks are just a simple way to establish the old dominance game.

The guy did babble on around the talking points of pushing vax production and vaxxing his coworkers and working 24x7 on this important work… he seems to be more of a useful idiot than someone who earned his way into the CEO office.
