Those 911 dispatchers questions are a standard script which is being used to update first responders while they are on route. One of the first things the dispatcher did was to page out for a response from probably an ambulance, a fire crew as well as local police.
Especially given the highly unusual claims from the caller, the 911 dispatcher did fine.
I used to pay some attention to this guy - but he just turned out to be wrong SO often.
I put very very little stock in Him and Jon macafee for the same reasons (how many countdown timers did that guy have that ended with nothing?)
I really think the snake venom stuff is to make us look like fools. The whole narrative could be a very effective way of hiding and confusing the truths (remdesevir is dangerous) by tying it in with things they'll -probably very justifyably - call silly and ridiculous like snake venom in the water.
