He showed her his chewy, toad-shaped penis, that's a relationship of some sort

Not really. If they actually thought Florida was key to long-term success, they would be fighting a lot harder against the very strong pushes Universal has made than refitting the least popular park with Avatar theming and a single ride. It is a testament to just how much of a profit Disney parks turn that they can continue to expand without eating too much into their margins. The upsell works, because they are selling a fantasy, one of the most lucrative markets out there.

And again, they have Shanghai. Much much bigger market, and it's a market that has been rapidly rising out of abject poverty and is eager to capitalistically consume and indulge.

Um, sure, with the movies, but you're forgetting the kids tv and the games that were making money hand over fist during the same time that fans were bemoaning how George ruined his own creation. The point is that Disney knew that Star Wars as a money-maker is mistake-proof, which is why they bought it. It's a perpetual money-making machine, regardless of quality and fan contentment. It's just wide enough that you can always make money on the general idea of Star Wars stuff, even if people don't like the new hotness. You can always sell nostalgia, and even the new stuff is absolutely turning profits. Moichandizing!

The kids that grew up with the sequels will become adults writing sequel defense essays, because they were children and it was Star Wars, so it was perfect, even though it wasn't.

Sea turtles survived all the previous naturally occurring temp cycles, over millions and millions of years. If they don't survive this one, it's probably because of the anthropocene of it all

Sounds like you need to be more rugged. Try pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and working extra hard instead of letting a machine do everything for you

Generational birth rates will continue to be depressed as long as the generations are depressed about their ability to effect the world

Ban cars, put money into bikes instead. Make America a country of rugged individualists again.

So, we are for agents of the state assaulting people for trying to travel within the borders of their own country?

Oh, it's okay because the victim is different from you and scary. Makes sense

Go down and find some male baby sea turtles then! Oh wait, you can't, the sand is too warm. Hot sand equals no males equals uh oh

When this becomes impossible to deny you will of course retreat to "wuh-wuh-well it may be happening but we didn't cause it this it's just what happens sometimes for no reason at all!" But this is a species that survived many natural (slow) cycles. If we don't make it out of this with the sea turtle population intact, that's an extremely strong indicator that we failed our duty to be safe keepers of His creation
