Anyone got tips on natural remedies for high bp? I'm on 2 meds and it still runs high fairly often. I'm 5'8" 175lbs so its not like I'm fat. Would love to find something natural to help and not have to take these pills.
Saturday night my horse went to bed with a sore throat, slight cough, and itchy throat. Woke up yesterday and said he wasn't feeling his horsey self. Same symptoms but feeling run down. Dosed him up with 50mg zinc, 1000mg vit c, and 50mcg of vit d twice yesterday and a single 150lb dose of that good horsey paste. He's a smaller horse. Got up this morning, no cough, no sore throat and feeling much better.

Thats the one thing I've had trouble with lately. I want to see these people who have lied to us, stolen from us, and turned us against one another to be punished so bad.
