Today we have southern Calif., Oregon, Washington, and a few others in open rebellion. They have all failed to learn the lesson of the Civil War (1860-1865) and have become quite arrogant in their ways. There is still a chance to enforce a legal remedy to the rebellion.
When armed troops are sent to confront armed rebels in those locations, and bodies start dropping..... THEN you can say we're in a civil war.
if the courts and the legislature let everyone down then POTUS from the executive branch via the military that he controls directly can hold tribunals, control the media, make arrests and probably even redo elections.
Drastic, troubling and controversial. But, if a Biden presidency would be as destructive as we all think it would be, then there is NO ALTERNATIVE. BIDEN CANNOT TAKE POWER.

The concern that I have heard expressed is that the military option does not have the required level of transparency which may be interpreted to be dictatorial.
One could alleviate some of this fear by providing further education regarding how the military option is transparent and just.

Does the suspension of habeas corpus give President Trump enough authority to perform the mass arrest needed? If so then following the Constitution would be the best option because in order to restore the Constitution, that our government disregarded, the enemy must be defeated by the Constitution.

NO, the Insurrection Act verbiage is in the NDAA, which he DID veto.
