I was talking to my husband about that this morning. For all of this to go down as Q claimed, it required infiltration of several different groups, including the anti-Trumpers in Congress. I will say that I don't trust Pence (he's tries too hard to come off nice and mild-mannered for me to buy it), but it would make sense if Pence was used for this purpose. Other than him, I'm not sure who would've served that role.
I don't know wtf is going on however, I can think of 2 different scenarios that can explain what is going on.
Trump told Pence not to contest the slates of electors so he could get the signatures of the traitors on the certification because stealing the Presidency was the goal and the end point POTUS needed to convict these people.
Also, Pence could have been playing the part of a white hat all along knowing that on Jan 6th he would hold all the cards and make his move against POTUS at that time. In the meantime he would have to become a actor to get to the stage where he could shut POTUS down.
Trump said "it takes a lot of courage to do nothing". Maybe this is what Pence did yesterday...did nothing to stop the certification. And the reaming he would take for it would be biblical, yet he knew he had to do it to let them complete their treason.
