Lin already tweeted what the blackmail files are. (Hideous) and apparently Trump has this Kappy material and the releasing of it is planned. If it is during the Ten Days, we may not have internet. Considering how horrible the material is, knowing these treacherous evil people are arrested might be enough. I would not suggest you ever watch the videos even if you find access. Remember, the cops who got the Weiner Laptop with similar or the same material became physically ill from what they "couldn't un-see" and 9 or 10 of them committed suicide, or were suicided. I'm guessing...the material is most heartbreaking.
Now that you've mentioned that, I'm starting to believe that the Tory Smith reports are just for starters.. the rabbit hole is down deeper....

I took a quick run through of his YT channel and watched a few videos - all that I saw were dated from four years ago. He is making some VERY serious claims. He is naming names, giving numbers, giving details (not salacious - more like logistical).
I have three questions:
How/where did he get his information?
How are these videos still up after four years (they directly implicate at least Mike AND Karen Pence - by name!)?
How did he die?
Kappy was a small time actor in Pedowood. Saw stuff, overheard things from other actors, especially Seth Green. He died being thrown/throwing himself over a freeway overpass.

He's got explosive stuff up on YT, naming names, making big accusations from 4 and 5 years ago and his stuff is STILL up. I can't believe YT hasn't taken it down.

According to this the ‘insurance file’ on Weiner’s laptop was 88GB, and had stuff one ‘everyone’ - not just Clinton.

The idea with the blackmail is to produce more of it with deep fakes, which would drive down its value so much so that the holders sell the real stuff cheap.
That seems to be part of the game, and maybe is a tell about the game Lin is playing. Which is to say, Cultstate's overarching motive is to explain how easy it is to influence the public conscious online via information warfare.

Simply by "echoing" the existence of blackmail and its usage as an asset among the hegemonic class, whether having it or not, there's still a question as to whether or not you have it. Do you? Does he? Doesn't matter really. The fact that somebody, somewhere might just have it is likely enough to incite paranoia among this class to prevent it from operating effectively.
The networks enabling blackmail are incredibly discreet and based on a lot of trust (and, of course, blackmail). If 1,000 Lin Woods are echoing the existence of blackmail, and/or saying they've got it, then you could hypothetically disintegrate these trust networks and make them turn on one another. Forcing their hands.

Which rabbit hole to follow? On the whole, I'm currently under the impression that Lin might be borrowing CS's deadman switch strategy in terms of technique, rather than thing in and of itself (i.e. physical files that folks can access).
That said, the interaction between The Leper and Slater is pretty interesting - not sure where to start on tracking down which workspace underpins "Josiah Division."
So who is Slater? Personal Assistant/Driver and stylist for whom? Somebody who did his first campus tour in California and DC? Okay.
The Leper refers to the explosiveness of Kappy's allegations and their impact, suggesting John Brennan is involved. More stuff.

I'm encouraged generally by the success of memetic warfare and its ability to skirt the systems designed to constrain and influence public opinion.
The algorithms can be tricked. The whole idea of the "Deep State" is the direct result of an intentional trick. It's real, and people knew it was real, but it wasn't directly in the public conscious as it is now where even the DS itself is forced to reckon with exterior knowledge of its existence and tactics.
If Blackmail Inflation is to be successful as an op, then it's important Lin Wood uses his platform to "spray and pray." Ideally, some folks are also using algorithmic tricks to suppress the existing control networks and "release the storm" / "release the Kraken."
From the outset, I "felt" these statements more than I understood them. And from a memetic desire standpoint, the creation of that new emotion via these emotionally-charged terms/phrases/sensibilities can be a powerful influence on the prevailing narrative.

OP is just pointing out that you can form those letters from inside the quotes. It's a reasonable guess at a password for decrypting the Kappy files. But it may be that whole sentence or an anagram of the sentence we haven't conceived of yet. Still, you'd have to have the files to even attempt to crack them. Lin is claiming he doesn't know where the files are located. Makes me wonder if the owner of Cultstate.com does know.
Cultstate.com is just a blog, I didn't see anything incriminating there, but the blog does have some good articles on how to counter big tech censorship and talks about how blackmail is used as currency and a plan for how to take down blackmail networks. Very interesting stuff. Highly recommend reading those articles.

This tweet was an insurance policy. The evil forces behind this blackmail scheme of child rape & murder need to know that others have encryption key. I have procedure in place if I die in near term or any member of my family is harmed or threatened, key will be released by many.
I have no idea extent of blackmail scheme of raping & killing children but given the number of agencies involved, the hundreds of thousands of missing children, & the otherwise inexplicable actions of many powerful officials, celebrities, & business leaders, I fear the worst.
