I dont know much about FISA, but I skimmed an article explaining it. The article mentioned that the FISA court has federal judges, all appointed by the Chief Justice (Roberts). If this is the case, and after everything we have seen, wouldnt the FISA courts be compromised?

That's why it's so important to keep yourself in the higher frequencies of love, compassion, gratitude, mercy, etc. WHen you wallow in fear and anger, you lower your frequency, which affects those around you and even the planet. The earth has a frequency (usually 7.83), called the Schumann Resonance. It can bounce around a bit, but in recent months we've seen enormous spikes, some of which occur during mass meditations or worldwide prayer circles. We have so much more power than we know!
When people talk about "being grounded" that actually refers to the practice of literally grounding yourself to the earth's resonance by walking barefoot for at least 20 min daily on grass, dirt or sand. The more time you can spend outdoors, the better. Unplug. Get away from technology. At least for a while.
