An explanation, as given by Simon Parkes;
apparently there was a plan (that had to be changed) but the plan was for Pres. at midnight last night to make an address to people with Mike Pompeo was to do 30 minute release on twitter, then every 15 minutes, then every 10 minutes, then every 5 minutes .., like a count down.
I suppose if he starts tweeting every 15 minutes, we should start paying very close attention

I don't know him personally. I found him a few months ago. He has a very pleasing and calming British accent (which means nothing except he is easy to listen to). After listening to him for a few months now I have found him to be credible e.g. things he says will happen, do. Sometimes he omits info. because he has to. He also generally doesn't share info unless he has two sources. If he has less he tells you. If he's not sure, he tells you. If he is sure, he tells you. He also talks about dimensions and consciousness which is just beyond me, I cannot comment on that, Long story short, I find him credible (now you have to wonder if I am ;)). WWG1WGA

All of Dr. Joe Dispenza's work scientifically discusses levels of consciousness and how to access this. The Demonic sicko's out there know this and this is one of the reasons they go after little children to access the chemical that comes from the pineal gland that can cause you to, "live for ever." No Joke - look it up. Search - Hawkins level of consciousness and you will have more information than you could possibly want. Just know that from Dr. Hawkins level of consciousness and the energy we all have and how we are all interconnected impacts the earth and the universe. The good guys are all about the higher good/ love and recognize there is a higher being (God) and the bad guys are cult satanic worshipers that want to take any choice away and control everyone. The entire planet is being poisoned with chemicals in what we eat, drink, breathe, wear, put on our bodies etc that impact us accessing this level of consciousness. This is the gift from our Father in Heaven. Why do you think the numbers of autism in our children have risen to 1 in 30 or why there are more kids confused about their gender and the list goes on and on. Its huge if you really get this. This is a simple, simple explanation and there is so much more. All of us were born in a miracle and our bodies were designed to heal by ourselves. You have to be in the right frequency and level of consciousness to make this happen. We can travel in seconds as well. Dispenza has lots of studies on this. From an alternative view of how things go, I personal do believe the (good guys) have access to quantum computer. These computers are decided to escape some of the principles/laws of our physical world, regardless to time, so it can capture pieces of informations ahead. (somehow like Tenet)
