If the NSA has access to all information as "nothing is ever truly deleted", it might be more logical that a supercomputer with access to all of the information could be used to do analysis in order to determine probabilities.

Yes I understand control. That doesn't tell how they obtain control though. Simply stating "control" doesn't relay the "how" In theory, a device like this would help obtain "control". Would be interesting if this is a quantum computer and outputs some matrix like code for interpretation or something. Getting out into deep water with that one, but still interesting to think about.
Simple. Mixed team of computer and q team. Team takes data output from said "Q" device and uses the data to formulate Plans/strategies with additional inputs from MI, comms, and 3letter agencies. Not really a crazy concept. I'm sure at minimum there's typical computing systems involved as stated in q posts.

One of the possibilities i thought about, but, Q may absolutely stand for Quantum, but between the system and the network there's people, if that's the cases probably a closed team of operators, that interpret scenarios and simulations made by it, a little like persons of interest, just that there no list here, but rather a set of "occasions" and """coincidences""" to call them like that, that tie together in a giant web
what if there actually arent people in between? its not beyond the realm of possibility that our government may already have fully functional, sophisticated AI at their disposal. if so, that would be a game changer across all levels
That's a very good thought. I've long stated that Q is likely a supercomputer (quantum) with incredible AI technology - maybe alien.

Multiple posts refer to ALICE. WONDERLAND. and I believe looking glass. Perhaps this device is like a wavefunction where once one reality becomes realized, the other wavefunctions collapse. Similar to how you cant know whether the cat in the box is dead or alive until you observe. So this device allows you to predict future events with outstanding accuracy by seeing all the "wavefunctions" and making the future prove the past. Idk thought it was interesting, but could be a fabrication. Food for thought.
The story goes that the cabal were so desperate to see the future that they constructed the Looking Glass device from ancient schematics. Unfortunately for them, by pure chance, the first possible future they observed just happened to be one in which they conclusively lost, and through the very act of observation, they collapsed the wave function making this future inevitable.

I like the idea that we have a General Military AI that can connect in time to future versions of itself. Use a descriminator AI to ensure that the only way go unlock is through outside coincidence.
Essentially a way to synch up the timelines via ai and military and anchored time travel.

If you have all relevant info about the current state, you can predict a close future state.
Weather prediction, for example, is more accurate tomorrow than a week from now, etc.
Humans are much less chaotic than the weather.
Also they are idiots, and tell other people what their plans and goals are (Agenda 2030).
If you had connections/spys, knew the enemy's whole network and hierarchy, and collected all the data you needed about current events, it would be easy to plan future events.
