Could it simply be Time Travel, but not the way most think? Not objects, just information (light) with Cesium tubes? If you have a coated tube of cesium gas with only the ends of the tubes visible and you shine a light (laser) pulse into the tube, the light pulse will emit out the other end of the tube BEFORE you send the light in. Send Data in the light.
Also, put lenses on the ends of the tube and use it to look thru, create a LOOKING GLASS. See into the future, because the light (image) your eye sees will not have happened yet.
