I am not the greatest when it comes to watches, I clearly see the 19 and the time, but what are the two little dials in the face?

Top is high noon and bottom is due south. I just want to know what those dials are for. I was doing some research and this is an IWC Pilots watch chronograph. I just cant track the correct model year down so far.

Those are a time counter, the lower one is seconds pictured at 30 seconds the upper one is minutes and hours pictured zeroed out.
