Watching this speech we can all see this is not Trump in his normal form. He is holding back TREMENDOUSLY.

Trump could have said more by saying way less about Biden’s administration, but he talked up the “Next administration”, not Biden. So if he is talking about Biden, it would seem out of place.

He has no reason to blow smoke our way - he sees something happening too from a completely different set of observations, (military movement of assets, the rearranging of chairs and lines of command in military as announced in recent news) not Pres Trump's words in prepared speeches. There was talk of special counsels for Biden corruption & Dominion voter fraud, which would begin as narrow but would have the ability to widen its' nets.
In the event this takes place (and Biden is sworn in), the evidence is already there for the case. Sure, they could gather more, but it's really just about compiling it and convicting based on it. In the case of the voter fraud special counsel, if they rule it to be true, does that invalidate the election, kick the Dems out, and then ... ?
