People think Q is some play-by-play prediction or something. Purpose of Q was to inform population by making them connect the dots themselves and wake up. This was done by revealing hints of a hopeful plan. It's entirely possible that plan is still in play, and also possible that the good guys lost and the infiltration was too deep, sabotaged from within or anything else.

Honestly I'd welcome the rapture. Life is great, but it's suffering in the hopes of a life at the end. Being reunited with my many deceased family and friends and spending eternity with them and those I still have here would be a welcome ordeal.
