I’m all for the plan, but I think adamantly making this claim as though it’s fact is harmful. Countless instances of anons coming to false conclusions, which then reflects badly on the movement.

Just provide as much context as you can and maybe offer another mainstream source to cross reference with. I understand they are liars. So if the mainstream source either has no audio, cuts out before the aid leans in, or just cuts out that few seconds all together, then you've got no other choice but to go with what we see here.
With that being said, when I saw the "inauguration" video I noticed how large her mask was and prior to that, I noticed pelosi's mask getting larger after her 4 day absence when she made those several remark at the podium and in the chambers. Her hair is different, her body proportions are different and her mannerisms are different as seen here and the inauguration video. So I do believe what I'm seeing here to be solid evidence (not PROOF) of a stand-in.

Is there a random mic out there somewhere he was sitting next to? I don't really have an opinion on if it's him or not, just helping strengthen this connection, if so. Instead of a (hard) cut of the persons audio, it's a quick, but gradual fade out.
That leans to the likelihood of someone in the control booth manually doing that.
Whether it was simply an accident, or someone decided to "spill the beans live" when another person faded out their audio before the could finish a statement, who knows?

I could definitely see family being in a studio watching things that way, instead of a wireless mic or something being out elsewhere that was heard.

People like me tend to have issues with that if we're not careful. I'd rather think the person on the other end did the recording because they don't have a problem with the way the other person recorded.
Typically in this kind of setup you have multiple mics (wireless, podium, etc.) wired into a soundboard that goes out to a recording / live feed. If someone accidentally bumped (or intentionally moved) the sound board volume fader for a mic input it could mix that sound into a recording.
Another way was it was picked up by Joe's podium mic but I think this is less likely depending on the mic used. I would assume a podium mic wouldn't be broadly omnidirectional which would allow people around it to be picked up and not just the one in front of it. I'm not an audio engineer, but I believe these kind of mics would be pretty focused to avoid picking up stray sounds.
edit: I know belive the most likely source was from an AV studio headset mic, where family/lawyers/ etc were watching.
It's most likely Xavier Becerra, the California AG, who was participating in the event remotely. Sounds like him. Would also explain somewhat what he's talking about. He's the AG. Was probably talking shop with an aide or was on the phone while waiting for his part in Biden's event. Somebody accidentally had the mic on, either on his end or the white house's end.

There is a lot more circumstantial evidence that would lead to that being Hunter. However I do agree that without the face or some other physical characteristic identifying him, we cannot say 100%.
That is the greater scope of what is happening and you know that is not what I was talking about. If we are going to argue points of note or interest, it is best to stick to what is verifiable.
