We haven't heard from Q since December 8th, and I'm still a believer in the plan, but I just wish Q would say something, anything, whether it's part of the plan or not

Their job is either in or near its final stage. Why would they need to do any more drops at this point? It is all up to them now... The whole world is counting on them to be successful (no pressure or anything).
