It is a weird way to walk, for sure, but I can't see why he'd risk walking out there in handcuffs if he was arrested like that. Has anyone seen if he was sitting down during the inauguration ceremony?

I commented on this 2 days after Inauguration movie was shown. Someone asked about a picture of this Marshal with Roy about her coat being buttoned different in different pictures. I said it wasn’t his wife it was a Marshal holding onto Roy and escorting him out.

Pelosi wasn’t handcuffed but certainly was being “contained/detained”. Optics are everything.
