Hard to disagree with this. In any other context if police and courts went on strike and refused to do their jobs, would citizens just abandon their town and homes and let the untouchable unaccountable criminals rule? Hell no, they would arm themselves, form a group, and go take care of business.
Law enforcement authority is delegated to the state by the people. If the state would rather sit in the corner and play with their own poop, that delegation can be withdrawn and the people can exercise that authority directly themselves.
This is exactly what should be happening. "The consent of the governed". We should all be collectively withdrawing our consent to any of this. There is a way to do it. Citizen Grand Juries. Administer our hired Representatives.
President Trump gave us clear directions. Ignore them at your own peril.
I thing we are following those directions. However, should we be prepared for in case they fail? Hard to put our entire lives and livelihoods in the hands of a few benevolent, really powerful skilled people working in the underpinnings of society.

The Supreme Court doesn’t work like that. There submissions are in a sense cross examinations. Everything in the Supreme Court is done virtually. One submits their side, the other electronically submitted their side. With proof and proof of which court ruling pertain. The courts read everything do their own research and then rule
