she's been around for awhile...she grew up muslim, and has been vocal about how poorly they treat women etc. I followed her on twitter, and she always seemed supportive of President Trump.

she might be considered an 'expert' on the Middle East though, so maybe that had something to do with it. she has several books on the subject...
