If thrown out at SCOTUS there's a chance sidney will get very limited discovery FROM dominion, but instead be required to show what she based her claims on. something tells me she has the goods. and by defamation standards i don't think her sources have to pan out to necessarily be true as long as reasonable and she can't be found to have acted with malice....at least i believe this is how it should go
