No. They need to divide us to stay in power. Yes there are extremes on both sides and they manipulate us to feel hatred toward each other, but everyday you have normal and pleasant interactions at work, at play, at the store, in the park with people of all races. Don't want to say exactly but grew up in a northeastern city with mixed races. Also have lived in deep south. Yes I have seen racist blacks. But again, when you take each person as an individual they will surprise you. And don't forget they are trying divide us. It is the only way they can win.
We all have different experiences. I have been mugged many times as a teen by black kids. I have been in dangerous situations around both black and white people.
My neighborhood is probably 35% white 40% Hispanic 25% black . I have lived here for 20years and have friends of all creeds and colors. The media is making it seem like there are race wars happening, I can safely say , not where I live.

More than once. She beat the old woman, left the shop and then turned around and came back into the shop. This time the old lady was prepared. She shot and killed the attacker. And CA never blinked. They were trying to foment race wars that long ago.

I do have some experiences like OZ00's when I lived in a poor, majority black neighborhood in my early 20s. But at the same time, I also remember getting stopped by police riding my bike home from work in the same neighborhood because I was white, and "What was I doing here? It's dangerous." So...
I chalk a lot of this up to the pressure cooker that is poverty.
As a white person, honest answer, from my perspective, no. I live and work in an urban area that is very diverse. Although this is a blanket statement, I feel that black people do not hate white people or vice versa. The racist bullshit is a weapon used by the enemy. The adversary thrives on division. Luckily, there will soon be no division.

I come from East Cobb County in Marietta, GA(near Atlanta). It was a diverse area, whites, blacks, Egyptians, Korean you name 'em we probably had 'em. I didn't experience much racism there in any direction. Fasting forward to my first wtf moment: I had a black supervisor who gave me a sideeye glance and said: "You know white people hate black people right?" Fasting forward to Wakan--the Floyd 'situation', a black retired 1st Sergeant from my battalion was spamming facebook with shit talking about how blacks have to rise up and kill all the whites, or blacks will create their own nation and other really racist stuff like that. In-between those times, there plenty of black-towards-white racist thoughts that I've seen, plus some bonus hispanic-towards-white racism. But you know what? I've hardly ever seen white-towards-anyone racism. Me personally? One white guy tried to insinuate that I'm unintelligent once....but he was Australian.
So my answer to the question: I'd say that very few blacks truly hate whites and are full-on racist, but a large number of blacks are huffed up on leftist mind control that has them thinking ignorant shit like 'white is a genetic defect'. From what I've experienced, there's a correlation between income levels and tendency towards being racist. You can see a massive number of black patriots these days, and in my opinion that is definitely an indicator of education vs ignorance. So, in closing, I don't believe most blacks dislike whites, but I do believe there's a large number of them who are extremely vocal about disliking whites.

It depends on a few factors, like generation, class, upbringing, education, etc.
The younger generation tends to be more racist toward whites. Poor AAs tend to hate whites more than rich AAs. Broken homes are more likely to hate whites. College educated AAs are more likely to hate whites.
People seem to be way more racist behind a keyboard than in person, that being said , I think the last twelve months have set race relations back at least twenty years, we need to start unifying somehow, because I feel like every week the tension gets tighter, we were all much nicer to each other in 2019.
