In North Carolina, the VOTERS voted for VoterID (two??) years ago.
Some Liberal/Activist judge said it was based on racist intent and blocked the state from initiating it.
Seriously? That's some bullshit! NC needs to find a way to recall that judge and get the LAW recognized
That judge has some balls on him. Directly slapping the people in the face like that could lead to consequences.
Sure.
I'd like to know what the fuck said judge will do if they ignore him and implement it anyway... oooh... another lawsuit? Well, it's clear that judges and courts don't matter anymore. Fuck em.

Full Disclosure - in searching for this report, I cam across another "news" (it was WaPo) article dated Dec 2020 that says this was overturned, unanimously, by a 3-member Fed appeals court.
How the fuck do judges have the power to decide law? This is not their job in any way, shape, or form.
Can a judge to that? The legislatures make the laws. The judges can only strike down laws, as far as I know, if they are unconstitutional with regards to the state or federal constitution.
How fucking racist do you have to be to think minorities aren't able to get IDs.
Remember the dems only needed to cheat in 5 cities to steal the entire presidency.
Yes, but we can't demand chNge and then scoff at it as it happens. We've been seeing momentum building up and it's a good thing for every state. When enough states do it we may reach a turning point.
Wisconsin passed something recently I think and that was one of the key states.
This is a model state! Hooray for them, let’s demand other states follow suit!
I am a proud Arkansan. Hopefully Governor Hutchinson signs this bill into Arkansas law.
Man I would LOVE to be a proud Arkansan again but there’s far too much Walmart influence in our government
Very proud arkansan as well. Asa a rat tho imo. Ready for Sara Huckabee sanders.
I sure am too. Yeah I am not too big of a fan of him either. He is mediocre to me.
Awesome job Arkansas. More State Legislatures doing the heavy lifting!!!!
Other states are also taking action on election laws, notably GA and PA. This must continue and we need to support these efforts to the fullest extent possible.
The only path forward for us is to restore elections. As of right now, they have been completely stolen from us. An election held today would be a complete farce.
These R state legislatures have the authority to change election laws. Yes, they may get some court challenges, but those can be overcome. It takes time, which is why it is critical that they act right now.
My state already requires voter IDs... since November 2, 2010!

Joining Georgia, Missouri, Wyoming. State by state getting it done!
This is magnificent! This is what we needed all along... the hardcore red states leading the charge to secure elections. Counterintuitive because the red states are the least likely to have tons of fraud because it's too hard to flip them, even fraudulently. But if they lead the way, others will follow.
Not if the damn hr bill passes the Senate it wont matter its not ex order its a written law....hope we figure a way out of this communist trap
The federal elected officials don't have that power. But even at tye state level laws were broken and votes certified so what does any of it even mean anyway.
The Fed will counter and try to supersede state and local laws.
Awesome. Thank you for thinking!!
