They need time to manufacture evidence for something other than misdemeanor trespass. They can't find any emails between patriots platting the attack, and they've been busy covering up to emails, txt, etc they've found between the antifa types and congress people staging the FF. You can't charge patriots with a conspiracy without proof they conspired with each other. It wasn't planned. The patriots going inside was totally organic.
