I think it’s pretty obvious that anyone advocating that the White House has always turned off all of its security lights after 11 pm is just repeating something they heard and have no clue what they’re talking about.
We’d have seen a few high-effort posts showcasing such a thing with multiple examples in the past by now if the reason was seriously that obvious.
I seem to remember a Newsweek article from last summer losing their shit because the whitehouse went completely dark at 11pm. This was during the riots. Also I have seen numerous timestamped photos of the WH security lights on in the middle of the night when O was in office.

The DC fencing is keeping the public so far back that most observers won't be able to see anything at all. Pay attention to the "press interviews" (no questions), many of the rooms have obvious false "set" walls. On some of the early oval office videos show Biden with the view out the window showing a red brick building in the distance. That is a building near the Castle Rock white house set, in DC that isn't there. The tree is also different. The parking in front of Castle Rock is parallel, but end-to-end in DC. I'm sure there's a bunch more examples. It's like Q said, it's a movie.
I'm not familiar with the security, I've seen some video from outside on the street, and photos that are on the web. I wonder what the paparazzi would do?
