There were concepts and ideas of course. But an independently operating mobile robot was considered damn near impossible.

My thought exactly. Clear all registers to zero and halt. It will work on a lot of technologies, like robot patrolling monitors, CCTV cameras and nosy busybodies with their smartphones. If done correctly, it won’t leave any marks either.
