Unpopular theory: what if the world actually is massively over populated? Those stones would not be considered bad if we weren't 95% over the # it says.
Big trucks, cables, block and tackle. Use on stone as an anchor to pull the other ones down. Topple the last two by pulling into each other. Need 2-3 big trucks with good tires and winches.
