Goodness - I was in the process of whining about us losing every motion in AZ. As I typed it, the judge denied the TRO. I am quite surprised.
Now, we need to win the blocking of policies and procedures release on appeal.

If you watch the vote counters, you'll see that the system makes it very difficult to sabotage. They have 5 people on a crew. One loads the ballot onto a ballot holder. The table rotates past 3 counters. Each counter seems to call out their observed voter-intent. The table reaches the fifth team member who offloads the ballot. This team member seems to call out his observation. I have seen a number of ballots go for a second loop and a couple where the third loop resulted in a team member in a black or orange shirt coming to observe.
I am convinced that certain key people have undergone more thorough background check than others. The strategic distribution of these key people would result in two things - attempts to bias the process would fail and the mole would be quickly exposed.
One correction here:
"Each counter seems to call out their observed voter-intent."
They mark it on a tally sheet. If they're calling it out, that's technically illegal (because then people would get influenced by what you're saying).
They check to make sure all the tallies match after a certain number of ballots. If the tallies don't match, they investigate.
Very good correction. thank you
I’ve been watching the yellow table at very bottom of screen on camera 6. They’ve been having lots of issues, I’m assuming they are finding lots of fraudulent ballots. At least once I saw a box from them go into that gated section near them. There’s only a few boxes in there compared to other gated section for completed boxes. Last night they had issues with viewing the ballots under the UV light, however today I see they aren’t scanning with the light. I’m wondering why not?
I noticed that the UV team is not running today as well. I do not know what the deal is with that and it's a bit concerning.
Temporary Restraining Order.
Thank you!
wow, to my great surprise! Great news. Anyone have any intel on Cyber Ninja's? Just wondering their vetting process, expertise, etc.
That is a great question. I am surprised by the fact that they were hired as the lead contractor. I would expect a company of their stature to be included on the team, but I'm surprised that they are lead.
They do have a background in the conducting of large scale cybersecurity event mitigation efforts. This has required them to quickly and effectively put together forensic teams with a high degree of vetting.
Regarding the process of the tactile aspects of the audit - I just don't get it. I'm surprised that they are tasked with the design, implementation and execution of the physical inspection of the ballots. I'm quite impressed by the quality of the system design and the order of the operation, but I don't see from the surface as to why they are the right group for that.
My guess is simple - a very sophisticated coordination effort is run behind the scenes and CyberNinjas are the front people for that.
Yep indeed even because, a part of them is not doing anything really cyber related at this time if not for general IT support to the scanners / cameras etc, cyber forensic is used for digital stuffs, so that will be more tied to the ballot scanners / dominion servers and related stuffs
btw don't know if in this case they have an exception via the EO but normally what is related to forensic, the certified ways to handle forensic findings / proofs and all the data, how to build a case and use that in a court with correct arguments and so on, is quite a complex matter and should / is be written / defined by laws
Good timing fren
Good news! Maybe the white hats are taking the gloves off as the left has been doing for years.
It helps us that this "judge" can only go so far. He undoubtedly has eyes on developing his career. Since the AZ Supreme Court is actively engaged, any egregious ruling would create a harmful rebuke on the public record.
Nice insight. I want you onmy team.
Is it possible that there's a Democrat judge that is not compromised by the DS?
Well, given that he was put there by Janet N, we know that he at least WAS compromised. Maybe the good guys made him an offer he couldn't refuse.
Hope that's the case... this movie has lots of interesting twists and turns!
Because we don't want dems knowing how to circumvent a future audit in other states.
Precisely what Doug2 said above. The reason they want this made public is to have a vector for attack in this audit and to be able to prepare in advance of the audits that will be triggered from it.
As an example, they don't want to know that the ballots are checked to confirm that they were properly mailed before being counted as mail-in ballots. Instead, they want to know that we are looking for X, Y and Z as kinematic artifacts to indicate that they were mailed. To look for them, we are using device X, Y and Z.
Armed with this information, they have a plethora of new attack vectors. They can go after the training for the processes and devices. They can use expert witnesses to dispute the efficacy. All they need to do is provide activist judges with enough cover to put in a TRO to answer these "important questions raised in review of the untested processes blah blah..."
Further, as they scramble to fix the fake ballots in PA, MI, WI, GA, VA, NH, NV, etc, they know the specific methodology, frequencies, tests, etc. They can better prepare their fraudulent ballots.
True, but he did give 24 hours for appeals. So, we have a shot still.
TRO = TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
