I don't think technology is necessarily our salvation, as we can see right now it's equally as good to bring about a technocrat dystopia, but it can be used for good purpose, and besides our bombs and lead in gas, we have frequently used it well.

That's interesting, you're like the 4th person recently who was raised Catholic that I heard say they didn't grow up reading the bible.
I was shocked at the lack of knowledge Catholic people have about the bible. I put my children into a Catholic school when I came home to the UK after years in South Africa, simply because they believed in God. I was shocked at how the teachers would be questioning me and hanging on my words when I spoke about the bible, none of them knew half the things God promises, especially nothing about the Holy Spirit and the insight He gives you to understand the bible. I would say that reading the bible without the Holy Spirit is like reading a book and having your own interpretation. But reading the bible with the Holy Spirit is like talking to the author and he shows you what he meant. Well thats been my experience. When I asked about them reading the bible they used to say they listened to the priest only. How shocking is that. While they are lovely people they barely know anything about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, besides the parables, even though they mention Jesus all the time. Sad really.

I think what we're seeing right now is not ~necessarily~ people taking themselves out, per se.. but more likely people taking out their own reproductive systems. Not entirely sure, but I guess we'll found out for sure in the next several years.
No, if you study the effects of the spike protein, they are blood problems. The spike protein poisons the blood, in a way. It causes clotting, and any organ system that gets a blood supply will therefore be affected by clotting. This will kill anyone who is not taking measures to prevent it. The reproductive problems relate to blood, as do the respiratory problems, and of course strokes and heart attacks and brain anomalies. The whole purpose of the shot is to kill people. This is why it contains the spike protein. The spike protein in the virus is responsible for all deaths. Hence, the cure is worse than the disease. Few will survive the shot, I fear. It will take some time for the damage to appear in people. Some will undoubtedly survive, because their immune system is strong and can fend off the spike protein. That is the only way to survive. We need people to spread the word about how to combat the spike protein. It is with the four supplements of D3, C, zinc and Quercitin. And, there may be some medicines that help. This is not correct and not the reason they do this.
The avoidance of karmic responsibility comes from the fact that their targets engage in compulsive behavior. They just manufacture the compulsion. For example, they provide poison soda for people to drink; people DO because they NEED the gratification of taste. They provide an injection for people to take; people DO because they NEED the feeling of safety from "danger". No one is "forced" into anything and, in fact, this is impossible. If you feel forced it's only because you can't see past your own compulsion / craving / need.
The occultist arranges the sensual conditions but YOU are responsible for your actions and beliefs, witting or unwitting. This is what absolves them from karmic consequences. It is not so much an absolution but an actual fact of nature.
So why do they go to the trouble to telegraph what they are doing through various means? Simple: mockery. They fool you, delight in doing it, and delight in rubbing it in your face while they are doing it. That's all.

For what this is worth, and on this instance only, as I'm not trying to defend or debate any side, just to try to be factually correct: The intent of that quote is wrong for the context he said it in. It is on video, watch all the video. He is saying, that history shows that as the health care in a country improves, people have fewer children as less children die, as they don't need as many children to try to still have some make it to adults.
So, through better health care (including the use of vaccines), population growth will be slowed.
It's a subtle but important difference.
Human population growth if left unchecked just lowers the standard of living for everyone, so it's not unreasonable to look to slow the growth.
A country needs a birth rate of about 2.3 kids per couple to keep growing. So if globally, people stuck to 2 or less kids, there would be a natural reduction.
Hence better health care naturally encourages that.
We see this already in Western nations, a birth rate below 2 she's their numbers already shrinking. Hence why immigration is used to grow the numbers and from countries who have bigger families. (And who, once settled in countries with higher standards and better health care, also start to have smaller families).
Western economies need continual growth in consumption, hence ever more numbers of people.
And therein is the issue, we can't have, under current Western economic models, continual economic growth and at the same time reduce (though slowed birth rates) overall numbers of people.
There doesn't need to be a sudden mass kill off, just a subtle change in the balance of births Vs deaths to see, over a few generations, a depopulation trend.
And so back to Gates saying vaccinations to cause depopulation, yes, he did, but not for the intent it's always misquoted as.
