At this point they seriously need to do it, give us the whole truth, we aren't children.
We (patriots) may not be. However, there are many many people who are still child minded.

This is my theory. I believe they have been here from the start, and GMO'd us from hominids. Remember the Teachings of Don Juan, "The Predator gave us their mind." The Old Testament has stories taken from earlier Sumerian tales about alien intervention and takeover. This solves a lot of ancient history and anthropology enigmas. They stay hidden like any predator, and they are likely breaking intergalactic rules like any pirates, and work through human slaves/surrogates.

The vaccines we have been receiving since birth were mixed with poison to cause diseases and there is an antedote/treatment available that would cure them all but they hid it from us. That is my best guess
This is kind of what I'm thinking.... In addition to water fluoridation, chemtrails and vaccines since birth..... Maybe we're already microchipped, or injected with disease and cancer. Knowing that and falling death, everyone would swarm to hospitals for a cure.

Yes, I agree, we have been lied to our whole lives. I do hold onto some hope on the medbeds - using red light and frequencies for cures. I cannot think of any other truth that would put 99% in the hospital.
If video of kids being used as human sacrifices, rape, and beaten and eaten. That would make many including violently ill. It would not bother the 1% because the 1% are the ones doing it.

Alternatively, it could be we find out that the plasma universe theory is true and that the sun is passing through the polarity shift that comes along with the galactic magnetic current sheet. This sounds mundane, but then your sun has a super flare/ micronova event every ~12000 years when this happens and it also happens that earth's magnetic field is rapidly decreasing in strength (down ~15% in the past 10 years) as the magnetic poles are rapidly moving away from their typical locations and toward the Dragons Triangle area in the Pacific/ Indian Ocean region (south pole) and the South Atlantic Anomaly (north pole).

The timing of all this coincides nicely with the solar system passing through the galactic current sheet and similar to other stars in our little area of the galaxy, the sun is going to choke on cosmic dust and eventually have a micronova event. So when that happens with the weakened magnetic field of the earth, the surface is likely to be awash in solar plasma and radiation (wormwood) if we are unlucky enough to be on the side that is facing the sun when it his earth. The atmosphere will do very strange things in the presence of the solar plasma, and we might just see things and shapes in the sky that have only been found on cave walls and rocks all over the earth left inexplicably by our ancestors trying universally to tell us something important from thousands of years ago.

So while this is all happening, the huge magnetic field shift from all that charged plasma directly interacting with earth (sans earth's protective magnetic field that collapses down to surface after being overcome), causes changes in the earth's low velocity zone and the earth's crust becomes free spinning from the mantle below. The crust free spinning slows in rotation and the continent's buckle in some areas as the giant natural supportive structures of uneven rock and metal basically lumped together going from the outer core to much higher in the mantle keep rotating with the core and no longer support some areas of the continent's while landmasses rise our of the sea in other areas amid crustal eruptions of magma breaking through stress fractures of the crust. Across the world the whole earth shakes and shudders violently. .
Finally the intermediate stable rotation of the earth begins the short unstable flip as Greenland moves to the equator along with Antarctica. Eastern South America goes North Pole and Dragon's Triangle goes South Pole. The Low Velocity Zone catches with a series of violent jerks and the crust is again secured to it. Rotation resumes again in the earth's new configuration.
. The continent's are somewhat intact (new mountains, new seas, new ocean boundaries) but very few structures or people are left standing on the surface. I guess those DUMBS were built with a purpose after all.

It's uncanny in some ways how the coming events that science is only beginning to recognize as our future are all described in passages found in Revelations. Trumpets, Seals, and Bowls are all generally describing the types of things that would accompany a solar micronova. When you start to think of what happens with this type of solar event along with the weakening of earth's magnetic field....Not going to be enough room in those DUMBS to hold everyone.
