VAER stats are showing more and more it's also a quick way to develop medical complications / get killed. If they confront you or threaten you, show them VAER stats and what they "believe" doesn't mean anything.

My current job is in the hospital. We need health care because of medicine for a chronic disease. I wish it were that simple.

Many hospitals are not mandating Here in northern IN it is offered but not forced at least where I used to work. But then they lost a mandatory flu shot lawsuit several years ago and know better.

It's not mandated. They are trying to incentivize it though. But by the end of the year I'm pretty sure it will be required like the flu shot. It's only a matter of time before it's FDA approved and then I can't use the "it's experimental" reason.

The clinical trials are not scheduled to be completed until 2023, if then. As you mention, there are many problems, and I doubt any of them will be approved.
And the OP blaming Q for this? Based on jumping to conclusions about a vaccine being required by the end of the year, with no proof - just their own opinion.

Blaming Q for not getting you out of this situation means you just turned yourself into a victim. Take responsibility for yourself and make other arrangements. It's all about how you view the situation. If you take responsibility for yourself and focus on what you CAN do, you may be surprised at how well things work out for you. If you continue to buy into your reasons for thinking you can't make other arrangements, then by your own thinking and inaction you leave yourself stuck where you are.
If the vax is mandatory by your employer then he/she is liable for any and all related damages as per workman's comp. But if you sell out to it, you're on your own. Another member said on here "Don't touch the poo"...

The company is willing to give you $250 to get the mRNA "vaccine".
Talk to a few nurses and tell them you're willing to gift a $125 bottle of fine Irish Whiskey to someone who will inject the saline solution, but accidentally squirt the vax down the sink... then record the vaccination. It happens all the time. It won't be hard to find someone that will accept.
Then... use the remaining $125 to buy YOURSELF a nice bottle of fine Irish Whiskey to celebrate how smart you were. :>)
