Research the "Venona Papers." Declassified Soviet documents after the fall of the Soviet Union confirmed that McCarthy was correct about nearly everything he claimed. He was demonized for allegedly being wrong about a couple of people he claimed were commie infiltrators however.
But was he wrong, really? I'm not sure who he fingered that truly could've been proven wrong. I'm not deeply familiar with that episode, so I'm not sure who you're referring to, but to the best of my knowledge from all that and what we know about HollyWeird today, it's a fair bet he was right about all of them. ALL of them.
No, McCarthy was only wrong in that the extent of the Communist infiltration of the U.S. government was much deeper than he knew. He was a hero who the Democrats (and Hollywood, but I repeat myself) smeared mercilessly.
I grew up believing the Deep State bullshit narrative against McCarthy. What I learned years later on my own proved that he was RIGHT ON TARGET !
Incidentally, the first book that really blew open the doors for me was "None Dare Call It Conspiracy" by Gary Allen, which I found back in 1989 in a used bookstore in Phoenix. I must have read it 6-8 times or so. Still have my original copy, full of underlined passages, and held together with several layers of scotch tape.
I think it's still one of the best primers on the global criminal syndicate & banking regime, and the nature of their monstrous, totalitarian forms of so-called "government", i.e., Socialism, Communism, Fascism, whatever . . .
If anyone in pining for the "good old days of McCarthyism"... then stop. It wasn't great.
Discrimination against others is wrong. Repressing other opinions is wrong.
Look at what is happening now with Google, Fecesbook, Twatter, You-Tube and Main Stream Media. You see the type of suppression of opinion and discrimination they are engaging in? Well... that's exactly what McCarthy did to his opponents.
Neither is acceptable. Let's respect each other as this nation was founded on the ideal of sharing the combined strength of our differences.
Don't take this the wrong way, but I have to point out that you're demonstrating a trait that feeds into the problem. It's called pathological altruism, the idea that it's noble and virtuous to extend kindness to everyone else no matter what. These people will do nothing but take advantage of that. "Sharing the combined strength" blah blah blah is fine, but at some point you have to realize that there are people in the world who just want to take whatever you have. Look at the Communist Goals, notice how many of them are "infiltrate and gain control."
McCarthy wasn't close to paranoid enough. Should've hanged 98% of Hollywood, for a starter
It was bad alright, bad for [them].
(((the same kind of people)):
Yuri Bezmenov
Patton —- “Smells Semitic”
So the question is. Was he really very far off?

Thanks for that i will have to give it a read.
McCarthy Was Right
And the media propaganda machine vilified him for exposing the cabal.
Patton believed we should've kept fighting and kicked the USSR back to Moscow and beyond. He knew what was coming, and [they] killed him for it.
Awww shit... What did I start!!!

He was correct about the commies in our government though, you can’t fault him for that.

Communism should be oppressed, or we will be the ones oppressed by communism.
There is no combined strength. They're the enemy and need to be eradicated. Period.
