Thank you fren! It's great to have all 3! We shall see how this goes tomorrow. I also explained that this is great info for the company because they cant be fined for not breking federal law.
This was always about compliantly covering your face, not pathogen protection.
Anyone who hasn't figured that out by this point is truly dangerous.
With that said, since it's about covering your face and the employer/governor orders, in most cases, state that "face coverings" are required, not medical masks, does this document still apply?
This is good advice.
In my city, we hurt the local Wal-Mart really bad by moving nearly all of our business to a large grocery center that didn't require the face diapers.
Employees must stand together and say NO to mask and injection mandates from employers. What are they going to do, fire everyone, thus bring their business to at grinding halt? Good luck finding replacement workers, nobody wants to work right now that our so called government is handing out fists full of dollars to stay home.
Hard to do in communism states like New York. Sadly the public school district set up a vaccination tent the other day in the high school; I suspect some kids already took the job.....
A business can indeed do whatever they want if they are willing to break the law. Ask him if they can require you to have white skin to enter? Or to have a tattoo on your forehead?
That is if you want to send it through email or a messaging app. If there is a full link address, they can manually type it into the web browser in order to get to the info.
The Declaration of Independence is not law, and the Equal Protection Clause is irrelevant in this context. You can show your big smile, and your employer will grin back as they fire you. You can then grin away while the courts ignore you.
The Declaration of Independence is the precursor document which gave the original colonists the right and obligation to establish the Constitution. It is therefore a critical piece of evidence in establishing the meaning of the words used in the Constitution. It is not specifically incorporated by reference, however it can be used when attempting to interpret those clauses. Ultimately it is up to a judge though.
Judges are human, and influenced by popular culture. In the current diseased climate where everything is controlled by the deep state, you may be correct that it will be ignored. That doesn't make it right though, and it is up to all of us to change that. The more that people insist that these conditions be considered, the more likely it is that judge's legal interpretations will begin to take them into account.
You've seen activists judges for years on the left. The only thing preventing judicial activism in the other direction is our will to demand it.
No judges on the right are going to find a fourteenth amendment right to not be required to wear a mask by one’s employer. That’s not a deep state thing.
Everything involving interpretations of the law is influenced by the deep state. We have courts packed with deep state appointed judges. I'm surprised you don't realize that, given the forum where you are participating.
I’m commenting that there is nothing in 14a jurisprudence, going back to the ratification of the 14th, that would establish anything approaching a right to not be fired for wearing masks.
An issue with this forum is that, especially on legal matters, it’s often full of shit. Just because the deep state exists and is powerful doesn’t mean that every intuition one has about how things “should” be is actually what the law is.
Thank you for the pdfs! :)
Great information !

Most states have backed down, but many businesses and institutions have not.
Then they need to be boycotted... And any business that does business w them.
This is good advice.

Thank-you! Will print these out and put them on cars at WalMart.
Perfect! I know that the conservatives would be the ones to move forward with it, like me and you all!
Good idea!

I love this! Thanks fren!

Find a conservative employee and give it to them.
AMEN
Words words words on a page.
Anyone have access to air planes where you can drop these over populations like back in WW2? LoL.

Neither is the US CODE.
But you fuck sticks use it against The People all the time.
"The Law" is what ever The People say it is mother fucker.
The US Code is absolutely law; that’s the body of statute law.
Yawn. The law is the Constitution, plus the common law, plus what the people have enacted into statute via their representatives.
I know you are sleepy, but before you go back to sleep, please humor me:
Who and or what is subject to the U.S. Constitution?
Who enacted/ordained the U.S. Constitution?
Who and or what is subject to the U.S. Statues, Codes, And Regulations?
The United States, and, by incorporation, the states. It’s a standard constitution in that respect.
The 1787 Constitutional Convention and thirteen extant states for the original document, etc. for the amendments.
Anything or anyone under the jurisdiction of the United States.
Wrong, wrong, and wrong.
You have failed the sniff test.
Enjoy my block list, you will be in good company.
So sad for you that the courts don’t care what you think, and never have :)
